Dental Hygene

  • Make an appointment with the dentist regularly.

  • Fruits & vegetables contribute to healthy teeth and gums

  • Fish, meat & poultry provide magnesium & zinc for strong gums

  • Milk & cheese are rich in calcium & phosphate

  • Remember to clean in-between. Floss and interdental aids are essential part of your hygiene tool box.

  • Acidic foods like juice and sodas left on the teeth demineralise the enamel causing decay.
